The New Westminster College of Canada is a two-year special purpose college, and has a “caregiver” curriculum which is approved by the government. It offers a special education program for recruits from foreign countries due to a shortage of local human power for employment.
Qualifications
1. Caregiver:
- men and women over 19 years of age, high school graduates or higher
2. LPN:
– nurse certificate
- nurse’s aide certificate
- someone who wants to be an LPN after education in Canada
3. Dental Technician:
- dental technician certificate
- dental technician student in college
4. TEC:
-someone who wants to be an English teacher in a kindergarten in Canada

Seeking applicants for nursing jobs in the U.S. and applicants for citizenship in the U.S.
Qualifications:
- RN certificate
- men and women majoring in nursing science at a three or four-year college

- Seeking 40 persons (selection about 80 prospective persons)
- Good speaker of English can be employed (EB-3 work/immigrant visa) directly after interviewing with school officials in person - having IELTS 6.5, with excellent communication skills
- Being employed 100% across the U.S. and acquisition of citizenship. If cannot get citizenship, will refund US$3,000 due to occurrence of income after being employed already.
- Required documents: copy of passport, one resume (English/Chinese), copy of certificate, cover letter in English and Chinese, copy of English test
- Deadline for submission of application: November 10
- Interview with American officials in China: November 20
- Notification of successful candidates (personal notification): November 28
- Departure for the U.S.: at the time the visa is issued (between January 8 ~ 15)
- Deposit 30%: December 1 ~December 8
- Final payment: December 18
- Free education for dependent children for primary/junior high/senior high school during period of employment
